(Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4)

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil  
20 oz. colored cherry tomatoes; cut in halves  
6 garlic cloves; finely minced  
A pinch of sea salt  
Black pepper to the taste  
1 tbsp. basil leaves; finely chopped  

1- In а large bowl; mix tomatoes with а pinch of sea salt, pepper to the taste, olive oil, garlic and basil and toss to coat.  
2- Spread these on а lined baking dish, introduce in the oven at 375 °F and bake for 20 minutes.  
3- Take tomatoes out of the oven, leave them to cool down, divide to plates and serve as а side dish for а frittata for example.
